  3. Opt for a later flight under comparable conditions.
  4. If you choose an alternative route and experience a waiting period, the airline must provide complimentary meals and beverages, allow you two free phone calls, provide access to email or a free fax service. If your wait extends overnight, you are entitled to free accommodation in a hotel, including transportation to/from the airport.
